whoever和no matter who的区别

whoever可以作为引导让步状语从句的连接代词，而no matter who不能。Whoever可引导名词性从句，在从句中可用作主语或宾语。

no matter who通常只能引导状语从句，而不能引导名词性从句。而whoever 既可引导名词性从句(=anyone that)也可引导状语从句(=no matter who)：
